After living in Charlottesville VA for three years & experiencing their nightlife scene, hometown kid, Christopher Paul Edwards, returned to Cincinnati in 2003 with aspirations of becoming a DJ. Shortly after his decision to pursue deejaying, his mother was diagnosed with cancer in 2005. The life altering news made Chris realize that "life is too short to not do what makes you happy". He immediately quit his job with Homeland Security & became laser focused on making a career within the realms of Cincinnati nightlife! Thanks to a signature sound/style of turntablism, Chris Paul's popularity quickly grew, ultimately pioneering a new brand of nightlife that focused on not just the TOP 100 hits, but also included the fun music that you find in your car's cd player. Beyond that, carefully selected venues boasting of character, warmth, & style were often used...AND LET'S NOT FORGET ABOUT THE DIVERSE CLIENTELE & CAREFREE/SAFE ENVIRONMENT!!!

Many had no idea, but "DJ Chris Paul wasnt just the dj... He actually created, organized, promoted, & hosted the event... The rest is history!!!

From there, the brand and entertainment company, "DELUX" was formed. Since then, networking partners & community socialites have all pitched in to make your next night out, a DELUX experience...  Parties, concerts, wine tastings, live music, deejays, & more... There's something for everybody!
